Job Summary:

Ark Wellness Hub is looking for vibrant and skilled Contact Center Officers to join our team. As a Call Centre Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients, managing appointments, and offering valuable healthcare information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and Nurse Advice: Assess caller needs and urgency to provide SRH information, medical advice, and guidance on whether they need to visit a doctor or can manage their care at home.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments with healthcare providers, helping patients find convenient times and keeping schedules updated.
- Medication Refills: Assist clients with prescription refills by verifying details with their provider and coordinating the refill process.
- General Healthcare Information: Provide information on SRH and primary health-related topics, including preventive care, disease management, and community healthcare resources.
- After-Hours Support: Offer exceptional support during evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure continuous care for our patients.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills: Be the friendly voice our clients rely on.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in every aspect of the role.
- Advanced Social Media Savvy: Use social media platforms effectively for communication.

- Excellent Communication: Clear, articulate verbal communication is essential.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Mass Communications, Public Health, or related fields.
- A tech-savvy medical officer is also encouraged to apply.
- Experience or background with SRH organizations/programs, even as a Peer Educator, is valued.
