Piato Restaurant is hiring a Waiter/Waitress with the following key responsibilities;
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with courtesy
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Presentable, attentive, and team-oriented
