Graduate Trainee – Accounting & Finance

C4 Logistics Company Ltd, Busega, is looking for a Graduate Trainee to join the Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and other financial documents.
• Support the recording of daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and verification of financial records.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Assist in monitoring expenditures, budgets, and cash flows.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
• Support tax computations and statutory reporting as guided by the supervisor.
• Participate in stocktaking, asset verification, and internal audit activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration (Accounting/Finance option).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and work under supervision.
